We use high-quality materials including 18k gold plating over sterling silver (vermeil), surgical-grade stainless steel, and ethically sourced gemstones. All our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in the provided Triki pouch when not in use and gently wipe them with a soft microfiber cloth after wearing.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Triki Jewelry purchase includes a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
